Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship all orders by the next business day. We use multiple carriers as our primary shipping provider and Canada Post as our secondary. We offer free shipping for orders over $75.00 in the GTA($8.00 Below that in the GTA), excluding taxes, and a flat rate shipping of $14.95 on orders below $150.00 outside of the GTA.

However, Canada is a huge country and not all regions can be accommodated. Unfortunately the flat rate and free shipping offers do not extend to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon or Newfoundland. If you are located in one of these regions, we will contact you with a shipping quote upon receiving your order. Shipping calculations are based on size, weight and the postal code. We ship all packages from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. We also reserve the right to exclude oversized or overweight items from the flat rate or free shipping offers.

While we make every attempt to process orders in a timely fashion, there may be unforeseen supplier delays. We reserves the right to hold an order for up to 5 business days to ship your complete order. We can only ship to Canadian addresses.

**** RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 21 DAYS ON UNOPENED OR "SAMPLED" PRODUCTS.
