How Do I Sign Up?
Thank you for your interest in becoming a client. Click on the Log In icon on the top right and then create an account in the drop-down options. From there, you will need to fill in your details and submit them.
When is Your Next Promo?
We regularly run promotions throughout the year. Most of our sales run for one month and can be found in our BANNER section. We advertise our promotions on our homepage and via our E-NEWSLETTER. You can subscribe at the bottom of the page to know exactly when our next promotion will be.
How do I update my email address for my account?
Your email address is the unique identifier for your account between our website and our order processing system. If you need to update your email, please contact our Customer Service department and they will make the change for you.

Is There Free Shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping of $14.95 and free shipping on orders over $150.00 ($95 in GTA), excluding taxes. Exclusions apply for oversized items, DANGEROUS GOODS/ FLAMMABLES and some regions of Canada. Please visit our Shipping page for complete details.
How Long Will it Take For My Order to Arrive?
The time it takes your shipment to arrive will vary based on your location. Barring unforeseen delays, typical shipping times are: 1-5 days.
While we make every attempt to process orders in a timely fashion, there may be unforeseen supplier delays. Vitality Depot reserves the right to hold an order for up to 5 business days to ship an order complete.
3rd Party Resell Websites
We do not allow our products to be re-sold on websites such as Amazon, Walmart and eBay. Customers found reselling items outside of their own website or premises will be placed on a different price list without notification. We reserve the right to deny orders for any customers not adhering to our resell policies.
Is your Stock Status Correct Online?
Our "In Stock" status is updated every night at midnight. Items on Clearance will also have the quantity available updated at midnight. We do our best to maintain large amounts of inventory to avoid backorders but manufacturing and shipping delays can cause issues. If you would like to confirm the quantity available, please call our team.
